Function or Form

If there is a good balance of both then that will in the end make the user experience more effective. By creating a design that can both be easy for the user to navigate and provide a way that the user can find aesthetically pleasing with bring about the best user experience and have them return in the future. The over-all experience usually is more important than the products being sold because if the user can find their way back to the products they are looking for in an effective manner they will most likely return to purchase something sooner. Personally, I favor the function over the form because if I know how to use the website then how its made I will have a better time maneuvering the site.
